DESCRIPTION:WELCOME to our All Conference Chat\, happening every Wednesday at 3:00 p.m on Zoom. These conversations are designed to help us grow Stronger Together as One Conference throughout the year and are open to all clergy and lay persons who wish to attend.\n\nJoin the Illinois Conference Ministry Leadership Team this week as we strengthen our connection. For the first few months in 2022 the focus of our All Conference Chat is an overview of all the various staff positions for the Illinois Conference. With recent changes to our support staff structure\, changes in our TPIRC leadership and job descriptions\, and upcoming changes to the roles/job descriptions of our Conference Minister and Associate Conference Ministers\, we want to take the time to have a more in depth overview of each of our staff positions. This is in an effort to help create clarity in the midst of all these transitions.\n\nThe focus for this week's chat will be our two Co-Directors of Outdoor Ministries  -  Mitch Kloster and Rev.
